    We accept select insurance plans and offer self-pay options. Contact our intake team for verification of benefits.

  • Is therapy confidential?

    Yes—therapy sessions are confidential within state and federal law. We will discuss limits of confidentiality (e.g., imminent risk, mandated reporting) during intake.


Clinical questions

  • How long does therapy usually take?

    Duration depends on the issue: short-term symptom-focused care can be effective within 6–12 sessions for many, while trauma or complex chronic illness support may require longer courses of therapy. Treatment plans are individualized

  • What therapies do you use?

    We use evidence-based therapies like CBT, CPT, TF-CBT, Prolonged Exposure, ACT, and integrate mindfulness, somatic techniques, and spiritually-informed practices where appropriate.

  • Can you coordinate with my medical provider?

    Yes. With your consent, we will coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, and rehabilitation teams.

    We prioritize confidentiality. We will not disclose clinical information without your informed consent unless required by law. If coordination with occupational health is requested, we discuss options for controlled information sharing.

  • Are your holistic and spiritual services religious?

    Services are client-directed. Spiritual counseling is available for those who request it, and secular mindfulness and somatic practices are available for those who prefer non-spiritual approaches.
